Urban is hiring a Tree Service Sales and Management position. We are looking for a motivated individual to help us expand our tree service. Qualifications or skills the applicant will need to have or learn: Tree service Sales, Tree service Operations, Tree identification, stump grinder operation, chainsaw operation, safety and maintenance, Chipper operation,Tree felling and removal, proper pruning techniques, rigging and climbing knowledge , aerial lift operation. ISA Arborist or Climber Certification a plus. Driver License Required. Degree in Forestry/Horticulture/Biology a plus This is a sales and estimation position. Finding and meeting clients, giving quotes, selling jobs, and managing the crews and their schedules. Must be a self started and bale to both present to the community and run crews to ensure the job goes as you sold it Pay dependent on qualifications and experience. Salary with commission structure. An immediate opening for a climber in the San Antonio

$16-$22 hour depending upon certifications/experience

Primary Functions: Serves as member of a tree care crew with the primary responsibility of climbing, and assisting crew leaders in the performance of all services.

PRIMARY DUTIES

· Performs all required ground, climbing, and aerial lift duties in support of specific job assignments, as directed by crew leader or designated supervisor
