• New board members recognized: Mark Bird, David Vaughan & Scott Ford.
• Sid Bonilla nominated and voted in as new board member.
• Bilingual Workshop 2022: tentative date set 3 MAR 2022.
• Bylaws approved by board.
• EHAP training date and speakers approved.
• CPR/First Aid Training quote discussed. Not approved.  Additional quotes will be requested.
